Join our high-performing crew as a Sales and Admin Assistant and help us deliver sustainable energy solutions.
What you’ll do as a Sales and Admin Assistant:
Assist with setting appointments with warm leads
Help create preliminary solar and battery quotes for customers
Update and maintain lead and appointment sheets, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date
Support the sales team with admin tasks such as data entry and document management.
Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email, providing friendly and professional service
Prepare and send out information packs, proposals, and promotional materials
Coordinate with the sales and installation teams to ensure smooth handover of customer information
Jump in to help with other office tasks as needed.

What we’re looking for:
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident communicator, both on the phone and in writing
Tech-savvy and comfortable using a variety of tools and applications (experience with CRMs is a bonus)
Proactive, reliable, and able to juggle multiple tasks at once
Customer-focused mindset and a positive attitude
Previous experience in sales support, admin, or customer service is highly regarded
A bit of common sense and initiative (you can see what needs doing and get stuck in)
