We are hiring a capable and detail-oriented Sales & Service Support Coordinator to help keep operations running smoothly and ensure clients receive the right data on time, every time.
Lead Lists is an established Australian consumer data provider. We supply permission-based, compliant lists to government agencies, charities, and research organisations. Our clients value accuracy, reliability, and clear communication.
In this role, you’ll work closely with account managers and the wider Sales Team to coordinate admin, data delivery, manage client communications, and support the sales process from enquiry through to follow-up.
This is a hybrid role combining administration, coordination, and client support. We are looking for someone who is reliable, organised, and detail-focused. You will need to manage multiple tasks without being followed up and communicate clearly with both clients and internal teams.
The Role
Must be based in Australia
Part-time: 20 to 25 hours per week
Remote/work from home
Flexible hours
4-week paid trial followed by a 12-month engagement
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and manage initial client interactions
Triage and respond to new enquiries via phone and email
Schedule meetings for the Sales Team
Working on client campaign requirements and providing reports on data availability
Use Excel to customise and prepare client data files
Coordinate with internal Sales and Data teams to maintain smooth workflows
Monitor and respond to messages via the website chatbot
Communicate with clients in a timely and professional manner
You Will Be a Good Fit If You:
Write clear, confident emails and are comfortable speaking with clients on the phone
Are confident using Excel and understand basic data formatting
Are organised and enjoy managing admin and follow-ups
Pick up systems quickly and work independently
Pay close attention to detail and check your work thoroughly
Take ownership of your work and don’t need reminders
You Will Stand Out If You Have:
Experience in client service, sales support, or coordination roles
Worked in a small business or startup environment
Used tools like HubSpot
Exposure to data, marketing, or list management
What You Will Receive

$30 to $35 per hour depending on experience
A 4-week paid trial followed by a 12-month engagement
