As the business continues to grow, they are seeking a detail-oriented Property Sales Administrator. This role is perfect for someone with a background in commercial or residential sales administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with solicitors, settlement agents, clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare Disclosure Statements, minutes, property reports, and other key documentation.
• Support sales agents by managing the administration of the sales and leasing process with precision and efficiency.
• Maintain and update databases and CRM systems.
• Assist in coordinating meetings with clients and internal teams.
• Support client communication throughout the entire sales process.
• Help organise auctions and assist during property inspections.
• Answer calls and respond to client emails professionally and promptly.

What You’ll Bring:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a property or legal administrative role (commercial or residential).
• Solid understanding of property legislation and compliance.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude.
