About the role

This is a full-time Sales and Administration Support role at Cole-Parmer Australia PTY Ltd based in Redland Bay, QLD. The successful candidate will provide vital support to the sales and operational team, ensuring efficient administration and excellent customer service.

What you'll be doing

Responding to and processing customer enquiries, orders and complaints in a professional and timely manner

Managing the company's customer relationship database, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accurate

Generating sales reports, order confirmations and other documentation as required

Following up on sales quotes and sales enquiries

Providing administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars

Providing administrative support to the operational team

Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless sales service and order fulfilment

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years' experience in a sales or administration support role

Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to liaise with clients and internal stakeholders

Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines

Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office applications

A team player with a positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn
