Sales Administrator Team Leader – Leading Real Estate Agency

I’m currently partnering with a high-performing, well-established real estate agency that’s looking to appoint a Sales Administrator Team Leader to oversee the smooth running of their sales division and provide leadership to their Sales Administration Team.

This is a pivotal role within the business, perfect for someone who thrives on structure, efficiency, and supporting others to perform at their best.

About the Role

Working closely with the Directors, this position is responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and maintaining high standards across all administrative and support functions.

The successful candidate will take ownership of team leadership, HR processes, internal systems, and office coordination, while playing a key role in executing broader business strategy.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading, training, and developing the team (including workflow, performance reviews, and onboarding)
• Overseeing HR processes, onboarding new staff, and managing leave approvals
• Driving office operations, maintenance, and supplier relationships
• Coordinating office meetings, team events, and recognition programs
• Reviewing and updating internal policies, procedures, and forms
• Managing marketing audits, technology procurement, and IT support coordination
• Coordinating REA sponsorships, property showcases, and special recognition programs
• Providing reporting and support to the Directors

About You

The ideal candidate will be a proactive, highly organised leader with strong people management skills and a background in real estate or a similar fast-paced industry.

You’ll enjoy improving systems, supporting teams, and ensuring everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes.

You’ll bring:

• Previous experience in office or operations management within real estate (preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• High attention to detail and process management
• The ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
• A team-oriented, hands-on approach
