What You'll Get Up To

· Deliver top-notch customer service, whether you’re chatting with someone new or helping out our loyal clients.

· Answer the phones, tackle enquiries, and get to know our product range so you can provide the best advice possible.

· Jump in on digital marketing campaigns across our social media, email, and website – we love fresh ideas and creativity!

· Work alongside the workshop team, finding and reaching out to potential new clients to drum up more business for the team.

· Keep an eye on how our digital efforts are tracking, and share your insights so we can do even better next time.

· Create content that stands out online – from catchy posts to helpful info for our customers.

What We're Looking For

· Background in digital marketing, sales, or customer service admin – if you’ve got some or all, we want to hear from you.

· Solid understanding of social media platforms, email marketing, and managing website content.

· Excellent communicator who’s great at building relationships, both with customers and within the team.

· Comfortable crunching numbers and reporting on how marketing and sales efforts are going.

· Keen to keep up with what’s new in digital marketing and eager to learn more.

· Self-starter who can work on your own but also loves being part of a team.

· You’ll need to have full Australian work rights.

· Got experience in the automotive industry or B2B sales? That’s a bonus, but not a dealbreaker.
