The Opportunity:
We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our Internal Sales team. You’ll be the key point of contact for customers, supporting both pre-sales and post-sales activities — ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism, efficiency, and care.
This role suits someone who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone and email with prompt, professional communication
Provide accurate quotations, product information, and sales support
Process and manage customer orders using our ERP and CRM systems
Build trusted relationships with internal and external sales teams and key customers
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and data integrity
Work closely with management to stay informed about product updates and policies
About You:
You’ll bring a confident, customer-focused approach and proven experience in a customer service or internal sales role, ideally within a technical, manufacturing, or B2B environment.
Proven customer service experience in a professional environment
Proficient in ERP systems, CRM and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong phone and email communication skills with active listening
Excellent written and verbal communication
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
Team player with a positive, proactive attitude
