About the role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the team at Nautitech Mining Systems' as a full-time Customer Service Coordinator based in Castle Hill, NSW. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to Nautitech's clients and internal stakeholders.

What you'll be doing

Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner

Processing orders, handling returns and managing customer accounts

Maintaining accurate customer records and databases

Provide proactive updates to customers regarding order status, delays or changes

Liaising with internal departments to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently

Identifying opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail

Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) systems

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
