About Us
More & More is the parent company of CaravanMods and The Landscape Store, two fast-growing ecommerce retailers in the Caravan/Camping and construction space. With rapid growth year-on-year, we’re looking for a proactive and organised team player to join us in a key operations role.
This is a hands-on position where you’ll be the bridge between warehouse and customer service, while also helping to keep our online stores running smoothly. You’ll work directly alongside the founders, gaining exposure to every part of the business, and have freedom to implement new ideas that improve efficiency and customer experience.
The Role
You’ll coordinate day-to-day ecommerce operations, ensuring customers receive the best possible service and our warehouse runs seamlessly. At the same time, you’ll help keep our websites up to date, contribute to process improvements, and support business optimisation projects.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the link between warehouse and customer service, ensuring smooth order flow and clear communication.
Technical and non technical customer service: Answering incoming calls, taking messages, phone orders & product enquiries - product training provided.
Maintain and update product listings across Shopify websites with accuracy and SEO focus.
Support website improvements, content updates, and process automation initiatives.
Work with directors to identify opportunities to streamline operations using technology and automation (training provided).
Assist with monitoring stock, receiving issues, and ensuring suppliers and warehouse stay aligned.
Collaborate with a wider team including warehouse leads, videographers, and offshore admin support.
About You
2–4 years’ experience in ecommerce, retail operations, or customer service will set you apart but not essential.
Strong communication skills, able to handle both customer enquiries and internal operation queries.
Familiarity with Shopify and inventory systems (Cin7 or similar) is highly valued.
Tech-curious and willing to learn new software/AI tools.
Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive with problem solving.
Comfortable working onsite in Artarmon, close to our warehouse team and directors.
What We Offer
Salary range $65–75k + super (depending on skills/experience).
Onsite role with direct exposure to decision-making and founders.
Clear pathway to progress into Operations Lead or Ecommerce Manager.

Located in Artarmon industrial area, 3 minutes walk from Bus Stops on Pacific Hwy, 15 minute walk from Artarmon Train Station. Parking available if required.
