Our Client.

Growing nationally, this business represents a stunning range of ceramic and porcelain tiles and natural stone. Having delivered on many high-end residential, Multires, luxury hotel and iconic hospitality projects, they are trusted by developers and designers throughout Australia. Working from HQ, in modern architecturally designed workspace and with an incredible team of approx. 25 in Sydney. They have also expanded with additional teams in Melbourne and Brisbane.

The Role

As a member of the admin office team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service whilst assisting in the day-to-day operations of the office and supporting the broader sales team as required.

  • Communicating with customers; inbound calls and emails and managing all enquires.
  • Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.
  • Calls/emails to potential customers and following up on leads including understanding customers’ needs and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Providing pricing and project quotes.
  • Processing customer purchase orders.
  • Management of local materials suppliers for procurement and services.
  • Management of samples and sample request/enquiries through CRM system.
  • Management of sales administration tasks that includes; database management, lead management and projects/potentials.
  • Liaise with our Sales team who are out on the road, directing enquiries and follow ups.
  • Work alongside accounts and warehouse to provide seamless customer service.

Your Experience.

  • Experience in administration and customer service is essential
  • Experience working with suppliers in manufacturing, ideally in building products is ideal but not essential.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management and communication skills
  • Commercial acumen to maintain and develop customer relationships in a professional manner.
