Lorien Global is recruiting for an experienced and professional Accounts and Administration Coordinator on behalf of our Edtech client. We’re looking for an Accounts and admin assistant who enjoys being part of a small, supportive team and can collaborate well across departments.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has bookkeeping or finance administration experience and is looking to grow their skills in a supportive, values-driven team.
The day to day responsibilities of the role include:
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Create and send invoices for new subscriptions and renewals using Xero
Prepare monthly payroll and PAYG
Maintain and update contacts in Hubspot
Perform daily bank reconciliations and manage internet banking
Create and send quotes, and communicate with clients and prospects
Liaise with suppliers and referral partners
Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding
Provide general administrative support across departments
What You’ll Bring on Day One
Superior written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
2+ years’ experience in bookkeeping with Xero2 years experience with Hubspot
The is a part-time role for 20 hours per week, successful candidates are required to work 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday.
This is a remote role but applicants must be based and have full working rights in Australia.
