About the role

As an Account Officer at Nile Compounding Chemist and affiliated pharmacies, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth financial operations of the business. This part-time position, based in Sydney, will involve a range of accounting and administrative duties to support the company's accounting processes and broader group of pharmacies.

What you'll be doing

Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records

Reconciling bank statements and other financial accounts

Preparing and submitting periodic financial reports

Providing support to the accounting team as needed

Assisting with various administrative tasks

What we're looking for

Relevant experience as an Accounts Officer or Clerk, preferably in the Accounting industry

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping

Proficiency in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work well in a team and independently

Relevant qualifications in Accounting or a related field would be highly regarded
