LIPT is a premium wine-bar and wood-fired pizza venue now expanding into the breakfast and brunch space. Our new program combines artisanal ingredients with elevated presentation — think poached eggs on garlic labneh, spanner-crab omelettes, baked eggs Crusté, and truffle-accented breakfast plates.

We’re searching for a talented Breakfast Chef /Pizza Chef/ CDP to work alongside our Senior Breakfast Chef in launching this new chapter. It’s an opportunity to help shape a truly premium morning experience and bring a fresh creative energy to the kitchen.

You’ll collaborate closely with our Senior Chef to:

- Execute and elevate our new breakfast & brunch menu.
- Assist with mise-en-place, cooking, plating, and morning service.
- Maintain impeccable presentation and hygiene standards.
- Support menu refinement and seasonal specials.
- Coordinate effectively with front-of-house and fellow kitchen team members.
- Bring energy, creativity and consistency to every plate.-
