The Role:

We’re seeking an experienced Sous Chef/ Senior CDP to support our Head Chef in running a high-performing, fast-paced kitchen. You’ll lead service, manage sections, develop the team, and maintain consistency across every plate. This is a daytime role — no nights!

What We’re Looking For:

* Proven Sous Chef or strong Senior CDP experience

* High-volume breakfast/brunch expertise essential

* Leadership and team management skills

* Excellent organisation and multitasking abilities

* Passion for innovation, quality, and consistency

* Knowledge of French cuisine highly regarded
