The Opportunity: Breakfast Chef de Partie
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Breakfast Chef de Partie to take ownership of the busiest and most crucial service of the day. This role is perfect for a highly efficient and organised chef who thrives on consistency, speed, and precision in a high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will take full ownership of the breakfast section, including:
Breakfast Execution: Preparing and executing all breakfast items with speed, consistency, and a high standard of presentation during service.
Section Management: Overseeing the complete setup, preparation (mise en place), and pack down of the breakfast section.
Quality Control: Ensuring all dishes meet Gilson's high standards and maintaining impeccable hygiene and food safety standards.
Inventory & Ordering: Assisting the Sous Chef with monitoring breakfast stock levels, receiving deliveries, and minimising waste within the section.
Skills & Experience Required:
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie, Demi Chef, or strong Commis Chef in a busy, high-volume environment, with significant experience in breakfast/brunch service.
Strong technical proficiency, particularly with eggs, plating, and modern breakfast fare.
The ability to work efficiently and remain calm under pressure during peak service times.
A positive attitude, reliability, and excellent communication skills within a team.
