Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook traditional wood-fired pizzas to Olivigna’s quality standards.

Manage dough preparation, proofing, and portioning.

Ensure consistency in flavor, presentation, and portion control.

Maintain cleanliness and compliance with food safety standards.

Collaborate with the Head Chef and kitchen team to develop seasonal pizza specials.

Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies.

Skills & Experience

Proven experience as a Pizza Chef in a high-volume restaurant.

Strong knowledge of Italian pizza styles and techniques.

Ability to work under pressure and maintain quality.

Excellent time management and communication skills.

Food Safety Certification preferred.
