Are you organised, friendly, and have great attention to detail?

We're looking for a detail-focused and reliable team member to join Ikecho Australia, a proudly Australian-owned pearl and opal jewellery brand based in the Sydney CBD. You'll be part of a small team where accuracy, efficiency, and presentation are valued every day.

This is a hands-on position that combines customer service, logistics, and stock management, perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their day and takes pride in doing things properly.

About the Role

You'll be part of the small, experienced Ikecho team, helping to keep our operations running smoothly.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Picking, packing, and shipping orders with care and accuracy

Managing stock levels, labelling new arrivals, and keeping packaging supplies organised

Coordinating shipments through Interparcel and Australia Post

Providing friendly and professional customer service to both retail and wholesale clients

Assisting with invoicing, consignment returns, and general office tasks

Must Haves

Excellent spoken and written English (friendly and confident on the phone)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in your work

Enjoys routine, structure, and completing tasks thoroughly

Reliable and punctual, with a positive "can-do" attitude

Good computer skills and willingness to learn new systems

Friendly, approachable, and works well in a small team

Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience required

Australian citizenship is required for this position

Nice to Haves

Experience working with jewellery or in a jewellery-related business

Previous experience in customer service, logistics, or admin

Experience with Shopify, Interparcel & Cin7

Basic knowledge of stock control or order management

Experience with Australia Post or other courier platforms
