Full Time Service Advisor

We are hiring!

The Service Advisor role requires someone with great customer service skills who can manage their tasks independently and efficiently.

Tasks and duties;

Determining customer requirements and assisting in the selection of solutions with regards to vehicle servicing and repair.

Developing and maintaining relationships with customers. Assisting customers with enquiries, bookings and service scheduling over the phone, in person and via email.

Processing orders, invoices and payments.

Consulting with mechanics regarding necessary repairs and possible alternatives to expensive repairs

Using your knowledge of our products and services to sell or provide in-depth information about available parts and service options to customers
Hourly rate between $26 - $35 per hr, depending on experience.

Previous experience in the same or similar role is required and parts and industry experience a huge advantage.
