THE ROLE –

We are seeking a Service Coordinator / Office Administrator to join our fast paced branch based in Penrith.

This will be a largely ‘all-round’ position, with duties including: scheduling and preparing service and installation bookings; maintaining a service and support program for existing customers, as well as introducing new customers to this program; invoicing completed jobs; processing AP invoices; processing daily timesheets; assisting the Branch Manager; and general office administration duties such as answering phones, greeting customers and filing.

The successful applicant will be proficient with Microsoft Office (in particular Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook), a flexible approach to work, and the ability to multi-task.

Experience with SAP B1 software will be a strong advantage.

For this permanent role, we require the successful applicant to be available 5 days per week, 8.00am - 4.00pm.

Best suited to someone with Service Coordination history, a positive demeanor, outgoing personality and strong commitment to customer service.
