Role: Customer Service / Administration / Executive Support
Permanent Part Time: 30 hours per week (across 4 or 5 days), Hybrid work environment in our office (Miranda) and work from home.
· Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries mainly via phone & email
· Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
· Resolve customer concerns efficiently, ensuring a positive outcome and experience.
· Process orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds in a timely and accurate manner.
· Maintain and update customer records in the company’s database.
· Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve customer issues.
· Identify and suggest opportunities for improving customer service processes.
· Uphold company values and deliver service with professionalism and empathy.
· Support to Management Team
· Assist with administrative tasks, including booking meeting rooms and preparing materials.
· Provide day-to-day operational support to help achieve business objectives.
· Assist in the planning and coordination of trade shows, exhibitions, and events.
· Organise logistics, including venue arrangements, travel, and materials preparation.
Qualifications:
· 1+ year of successful experience as a Personal / Executive Assistant, Administrative Extraordinaire or Customer Service, showcasing your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
· Exceptional ability to manage multiple priorities, meticulously organise events and calendars, and consistently meet deadlines with grace under pressure.
· Clear, confident communication, this role requires polished written and verbal communication skills and interacting professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
· Tech Savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
· Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
· Independent Drive, Collaborative Spirit. The ability to take initiative and work autonomously while also being a collaborative and supportive team player.
· Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and acting with the highest ethical standards.
