APG Workforce are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service & Administration Officer to join our client’s team in Pambula (South Coast NSW).

Our client is a locally owned wholesale food distributor, proudly supplying premium fresh and frozen beef, lamb, poultry, pork, and seafood to pubs, clubs, restaurants, and caterers across the country!

About the Role:

In this full-time role (Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm), you will be the first point of contact for customers both over the phone and in person. Working closely with the Sales and Customer Service team, you will play a key role in supporting customers, processing orders, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle phone and walk-in customer sales and enquiries
• Process and enter sales orders accurately
• Support the Sales Team in maintaining and upselling to existing customers
• Perform administrative duties including filing, invoice posting, and payment handling
• Assist with overdue account follow-ups
• Complete data entry for HACCP procedures

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong customer service focus with excellent communication skills
• Organised, with strong time management and planning abilities
• A team player with a proactive and positive approach
• Previous telesales or customer service experience highly regarded
• Sound computer skills with willingness to learn new systems
• Experience in the food or wholesale industry will be an advantage
