We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Officer to join our small, friendly team in Sydney. Reporting directly to the Sales & Marketing Manager, this role plays a vital part in ensuring exceptional customer experiences while supporting sales, operations and finance activities.

Key Responsibilities

Handling inbound and outbound customer calls and email enquiries

Processing sales orders via EDI and manual entry

Preparing quotes, invoices, credits and processing goods returns

Maintaining stock and order systems, assisting with logistics and supply chain activities

Managing debtor accounts: reconciliation, collections, and receipting

Providing reporting support using spreadsheets and internal systems

General office and administration duties, including support for trade shows and expos

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

Full-time, with full Australian working rights (no visa restrictions)

Highly organised with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proactive with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Confident with Microsoft Office

Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required

Experience with Oracle NetSuite is highly regarded (training provided)

Positive, adaptable and a strong team player with a willingness to learn

Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience is required for this position
