As the Accounts Payable Officer, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end AP process — from invoice processing and supplier management through to payments and reporting. You’ll work closely with both finance and operational teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness across all transactions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full accounts payable function, including invoice processing, matching, batching, and coding, journal postings.

Perform weekly and monthly payment runs and reconcile supplier statements.

Maintain accurate vendor records and respond to supplier queries.

Credit card and staff expense reconciliations and postings.

Assist with month-end close and support reconciliations and accruals.

Support continuous improvement initiatives across finance processes.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

About You

Minimum 2 years’ experience in an Accounts Payable role (medium-to-high volume environment preferred).

Strong attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving approach.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient with accounting systems and a good level of Microsoft Excel.

Team player who thrives in a supportive, dynamic work environment.
