Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, you'll be providing excellent customer service and responsible for full-function accounts payable duties.

Ideally, you'll bring:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated experience processing high-volumes of invoices and working with multiple entities
• Able to work collaboratively in a team
• Previous usage of Pronto, Navision, and/or SAP Concur highly desirable
• Be self-motivated and proactive

In this role, you will:

• Create new vendors and maintain existing vendor relationships
• Review invoices and credit card reconciliations
• Prepare payment run proposals
• Perform monthly supplier reconciliations for key vendors
• Process end-to-end invoicing
• Review and process staff expense claims
• Ad-hoc duties as required
