Green Energy Technologies is looking for an Accounts Payable Administrator based in our Cannonvale Office.

About the Role

As our Accounts Payable Administrator, you’ll play a crucial part in keeping our accounts accurate and our payments on track. You’ll be responsible for processing invoices, maintaining records, and ensuring supplier payments are timely and accurate.

Key Responsibilities

Accurate entry and coding of supplier invoices

Reconciliation of supplier statements

Responding to supplier queries and maintaining strong relationships

Assisting with payment runs and internal approvals

General finance admin and support across the team

Payroll processing

Liaising with internal teams - sales, admin, installation and management

Assist with preparation of monthly financial & management reports

This is a full time role, with hours between 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 3pm Friday.

The successful applicant will have/be:

Enthusiastic and keen to learn

An eye for detail, identifying and rectifying abnormalities

Self-motivated, comfortable to work independently and take initiative

Solutions focused, enjoy finding resolutions for problems and are happy to raise questions

Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude

Previous experience using accounting software & spreadsheets (highly regarded, but not essential)
