Mayflower Aged Care is currently on the lookout for an experienced Operations Manager (Lifestyle Services) to join our team on a Full time basis.
The Operations Manager is responsible for delivering exceptional service to residents and families engaging with Mayflower’s lifestyle services program. This role ensures seamless onboarding and ongoing support of clients, while maintaining high levels of satisfaction and compliance. By fostering strong relationships, streamlining processes, and supporting program growth, the position contributes to the strategic objectives of the Mayflower organisation.
The Operations Manager works collaboratively across teams driving continuous improvement and sustainable expansion of lifestyle service offerings at Mayflower locations and across non-Mayflower ageing services.

The successful candidate will have:
Qualification in business administration, aged care, community services, or related discipline.
A current and satisfactory NDIS check
Excellent communication, conflict resolution and interpersonal skills.
