About the role
This role involves managing tenancy operations, ensuring compliance with legislation, and delivering outstanding service to clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day property and tenancy operations in line with client protocols and relevant legislation.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, including rent reviews and leasing proposals.
• Maintain accurate property databases and lease registers, ensuring data integrity across systems.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, tenants, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure service excellence.
• Conduct property inspections and collaborate with maintenance teams to address issues promptly.

About you
To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Demonstrated experience in residential and commercial property or corporate real estate environments.
• Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Sound knowledge of government property practices, legislation, and standards.
• A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Licence and tertiary qualifications in Property, Commerce, or Business.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with property management software.
