The Role
This is a rare opportunity for an energetic and self-motivated leader to take charge of the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage division, encompassing our cellar door, restaurant, and events. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be responsible for driving profitability, ensuring operational excellence, and upholding the premium standards that define the Levantine Hill experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all F&B operations to achieve business objectives and sales targets.

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the F&B division.

Champion the use of business systems including POS, reservations, and rostering tools.

Drive wine sales and foster a culture of confident, customer-focused salesmanship.

Develop and implement strategic plans to improve efficiency and profitability.

Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team aligned with LHE’s luxury brand values.

Ensure compliance with best practices, safety standards, and risk management protocols.

Collaborate with marketing and leadership to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar leadership role within hospitality.

Proven financial acumen and experience managing budgets and cost controls.

Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.

Current RSA certification and full Australian working rights.

Hands-on, energetic, and highly motivated with a flexible, can-do attitude.
