The Role
Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a hands-on leadership role ideal for an energetic and self-motivated professional. You will oversee the full spectrum of hotel operations, from pre-opening setup to daily management, ensuring alignment with strategic and sales goals. Your leadership will be pivotal in delivering operational excellence and an unforgettable guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the setup of hotel systems (PMS), policies, procedures, recruitment, and training.

Oversee daily operations across departments including housekeeping, front office, and maintenance.

Develop and implement operational strategies to drive revenue and maintain luxury standards.

Manage budgets, inventory, and supplier relationships.

Ensure compliance with SLH standards and uphold our brand’s premium positioning.

Conduct regular quality assurance checks and resolve guest concerns promptly.

Lead, train, and inspire a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in hotel operations or hospitality leadership.

Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage budgets and drive profitability.

Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to excellence.

Hands-on, energetic, and highly motivated with a flexible, can-do attitude.

Strong leadership and team development skills.

Willingness to work weekends and extended hours as needed.
