North Coast Heavy Towing is the leading towing and roadside assistance company known for reliability, efficiency, and exceptional customer service. We are seeking a detail-orientated Accounts officer to join our team.

Position Overview:
The Accounts officer will be responsible for managing daily financial operations, invoicing clients, reconciling accounts, and ensuring all financial records are accurate and up to date. This role requires excellent organizational skills, accuracy and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.

· Prepare and issue invoices for towing and storage services

· Reconcile bank statements and customer accounts

· Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems

· Assist with payroll and creditor payments

· Liaise with management and dispatch teams to resolve billing queries

· Support end-of-month and end-of-year financial reporting

· Answering Accounts queries via email and phone

Requirements:

· Diploma or degree in accounting, finance or related field (Not essential)

· 2+ years of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role within transport/towing industry experience a plus

· Proficiency in accounting software MYOB

· Experience using LinkSoft Tow Manager (Not Essential)

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy

· Excellent communication and organizational skills

· Ability to work within a team or independently and meet deadlines
