Our client is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join their team based in North Sydney region. We are looking for someone with hands on accounting experience who is available to start immediately.

The Role

• Process and allocate daily customer payments in a timely and accurate manner
• Reconcile daily bank transactions to ensure financial records remain up to date
• Prepare and distribute client statements as required
• Assist with payment queries and maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders

Your Profile

• Proven experience in Accounts Receivable.
• A proactive approach with the ability to think beyond standard BAU tasks.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy
