We’re looking for an experienced, qualified team member to join our small, skilled crew working across premium residential gardens.

What You’ll Do

• Garden maintenance, planting, pruning, and soft landscaping

• Work alongside a Team Leader in a 2-person team, with potential to manage your own team and route

• Deliver consistent, high-quality work with care and pride

• Represent ABCAM’s values on every site — respect, reliability, and craftsmanship

What We’re Looking For

Someone who:

• Has horticultural qualifications and hands-on experience

• Takes pride in the details — from neat hedges to a spotless ute

• Brings a positive attitude and genuine care for both the work and the people around them

• Is self-motivated, punctual, and respectful on-site

• Values teamwork and enjoys being part of a supportive, professional crew

• Wants to grow — with room to step into a leadership role down the track

LR, MR, or HR licence would be a massive advantage but not essential
