Position:

We are currently seeking a Team Leader to oversee a portfolio of Regular gardens. In this role, you regularly maintain a portfolio of clients to keep the gardens in their best looking condition. You'll have a fully equipped company van during working hours.

Immediate start is ideal to begin training.

To be considered for this position, applicants should possess a Horticultural certificate or higher level qualification, or have a min of 2 years experience in garden maintenance. Visa applicants are welcome but must be living in Australia already. You must be an organised individual with good communication skills, have strong leadership skills, as well as previous experience in leading a team. You must be punctual and able to guide and support others in the wider team.

On-the-job training will be provided to familiarise you with our iPad-based scheduling and invoicing program plus getting to know the clients and the jobs.

Requirements for the Role:

Must have completed at Horticulture Certificate 3 or higher level qualification.

Must have a min of 2 years garden maintenance experience.

Excellent organisational skills

Current Visa to work in Australia (if required)

Strong leadership skills

Great Communication skills

Driver Licence is a must.

Remuneration is $70,000 P.A plus Superannuation

Regular working hours are 6:30am - 3pm Monday- Friday (No weekends required)
