About the Infrastructure Maintenance Crew Member role

Undertaking maintenance activities within Council-managed road reserves, including both drainage infrastructure and roadway surfaces.
2x Permanent full-time roles with the opportunity for a 9-day fortnight RDO. (38 hours per week).
This is a Band 3 role with a salary range between $70,518 and $73,273 per annum including Industry Allowance, plus superannuation.

This position involves maintaining infrastructure assets overseen by the Yarra Ranges Council.
Experience and skills we’re looking for
A collaborative spirit, able to share knowledge, support others, and contribute to a cohesive team.
Strong customer service skills, with empathy, patience, and professionalism when engaging with residents
Commitment to safety protocols and procedures
Willingness to adapt to changing situations and embrace new challenges
Proficient in operating various plant items, including trucks.
Great organisational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate confidently with diverse customers.
