The Opportunity

We’re on the lookout for passionate and driven Sales Consultants to join our teams.

In this customer-focused role, you’ll be responsible for creating exceptional in-store experiences, showcasing premium products, and helping clients find tailored solutions for their lifestyle and home.

What You’ll Be Doing

Delivering exceptional service by truly understanding each customer’s needs and guiding them through the buying journey.

Using your product knowledge and consultative sales approach to consistently meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets.

Accurately completing all sales orders and internal documentation to ensure smooth order processing.

Boosting revenue through smart selling strategies, including complete room solutions and effective add-on recommendations.

Working alongside the Showroom Manager to maintain merchandising standards and ensure all pricing and displays are on point.

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in a sales role, ideally within luxury retail, jewellery, high-end travel, or similar environments.

A genuine passion for sales and customer interaction, especially during peak trade.

Strong communication and people skills, with a collaborative mindset.

A positive attitude and willingness to learn — we value team members with a growth mindset.

Great time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with ease.
