Remuneration: $75,000 - $90,000 + Superannuation (Pending experience)
Contract type: Full time role - 40 hours per week
Start date: Position available for immediate start.

We’re looking for a hands-on, motivated Warehouse & Logistics Team Leader to join our established company in the Advertising and Media industry. The warehouse handles goods including POS (Point of sale), retail displays/fixtures, event gear & promotional product.
This role suits someone who enjoys being actively involved in day-to-day operations while overseeing the efficient, accurate, and timely movement of goods across all warehouse, order, and logistics activities at BOO. Responsibilities cover inbound and outbound logistics, inter-company transfers, import/export compliance, shipping execution, and reverse logistics.
You’ll be accountable for key logistics performance metrics, ensuring all activities meet company policies, customer expectations, and regulatory standards - while leading a capable team to deliver smooth, effective operations.

About the Role
Reporting to senior management, this position combines leadership responsibilities with active warehouse work. You’ll oversee daily operations while working alongside your team to meet dispatch schedules and maintain a safe, efficient, and organised warehouse, including ongoing stock management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support a small warehouse team to achieve daily operational targets.
Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Load and unload trucks and containers safely and on time.
Coordinate daily workflow and allocate tasks effectively.
Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as required.
Conduct stock checks and assist with inventory control.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment.
Train and mentor new team members and foster a positive team culture.
Liaise with drivers, customers, and internal staff to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure warehousing costs are collated and prepared for invoicing.
About You
Proven experience in a hands-on warehouse or warehouse leadership role.
Current LF forklift licence with solid operational experience.
Willingness to be physically involved in daily warehouse tasks.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling.
Sound understanding of WHS and safe work practices.
Reliable, proactive, and team focused.
