About the Role

Tier One Recruitment is currently working with multiple leading clients across Warehouse, Logistics, and Manufacturing organisations in Sydney. We are seeking experienced Warehouse Operations Managers (Permanent role) to take charge of day-to-day warehouse operations, ensure compliance and efficiency, and lead motivated teams to success.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch

Lead and support warehouse staff, ensuring a safe and positive workplace

Oversee inventory control and stock accuracy

Maintain compliance with WHS and safety standards

Look for ways to improve processes, efficiency, and service levels

Report on key warehouse performance metrics

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience as a Warehouse Manager, Distribution Centre Manager or Senior Supervisor

Strong leadership and team management skills

Good knowledge of warehouse safety and compliance

Experience with warehouse systems (WMS/ERP preferred)

Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
