Our new NSW branch in Seven Hills is seeking a dependable, practical, and customer-focused Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to support our operations and delight our customers.

What You’ll Do

In this varied, hands-on role, you’ll be the go-to person for keeping our NSW warehouse running smoothly:

Manage daily warehouse operations – goods receiving, unpacking, shelving, and dispatch.

Coordinate deliveries, pickups, and container unloads.

Safely load, transport, and deliver customer orders, liaising directly with clients.

Assist with sauna assembly, installation support, and product servicing.

Provide post-sales customer support – warranty, servicing, and maintenance queries.

Support our showroom team by preparing displays and ensuring stock accuracy in CRM and inventory systems.

Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant warehouse environment in line with WHS standards.

What You’ll Bring

Current driver’s licence (forklift licence desirable – or willingness to obtain with our support).

Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or trade-based operations.

Confidence with tools and hands-on assembly tasks (timber, equipment, basic maintenance).

Strong computer literacy (CRM, Excel, inventory/freight systems).

Excellent communication skills for both customer and internal team interaction.

A safety-first, problem-solving attitude with the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively.

You must be organised, resourceful, and ready to work autonomously while our VIC operations ramp up.
