Our client, a global leader in heavy construction equipment and machinery, is seeking a capable and hands-on Logistics Coordinator to join their NSW operations.

This position plays a key role within a fast-moving parts and service environment, balancing warehouse operations with quoting, coordination, and strong customer communication.

Reporting to the Parts Manager, you’ll work alongside a small, experienced team known for their practical, supportive approach.

About the Role

  • Coordinate day-to-day logistics and warehouse activities for spare parts.
  • Manage pick, pack, and dispatch operations while maintaining accurate inventory.
  • Prepare, send, and follow up on quotes — ensuring timely communication and completion.
  • Liaise with customers, technicians, and internal departments to support parts availability.
  • Assist with counter sales.
  • Operate a forklift for receiving, loading, and storage.
  • Maintain a clean, efficient warehouse layout and uphold all safety standards.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, fast-paced team that values initiative and accountability.

About You

  • Experience in warehousing, logistics, or spare parts coordination (construction or industrial equipment ideal).
  • Forklift licence essential.
  • Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel, for quoting and tracking.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with customers and internal teams.
  • Mechanically minded, with an understanding of urgency in equipment service environments.
  • Reliable, organised, and comfortable working in a practical, fast-paced setting.
  • Team-focused with a down-to-earth attitude and willingness to help across departments.

What’s on Offer

  • Stable, long-term opportunity in a global industry leader.
  • Mix of hands-on warehouse work and customer coordination.
  • Supportive, experienced team with a strong safety and service culture.
  • Competitive remuneration and opportunity to grow within a respected business.

If you’re an experienced warehouse or logistics professional looking to step into a role with more variety and responsibility, we’d love to hear from you.
