As our Warehouse Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our operations run smoothly, efficiently, and safely, while leading a small, capable team and driving process improvements that keep our customers coming back.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, dispatch, and inventory management

Lead and support a small warehouse team (currently two direct reports)

Maintain compliance with WHS standards and ensure a safe, organised working environment

Liaise with suppliers, freight companies, and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries

Implement and monitor stock control procedures and continuous process improvements

Manage workflow priorities to meet business and customer demands

About You

You’re a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in running an organised, efficient warehouse. You lead by example, communicate clearly, and aren’t afraid to jump in when the team needs an extra hand.

To be successful, you’ll have:

Proven experience in warehouse or logistics management

Strong leadership and team management skills

High attention to detail and reliability

Experience with warehouse management systems (we use MYOB Acumatica)

Proactive approach to process improvement

Current forklift licence (essential)

Driver’s licence (required)

WHS certification (highly regarded)

Work Hours

Standard business hours, Monday to Friday

Occasional early starts when containers are delivered

No regular weekend work (1–2 weekends per year for trade show preparation)
