Responsibilities

Join our client as a Warehouse Supervisor, overseeing essential operations and ensuring smooth logistics. This role is ideal for experienced warehouse professionals looking to step into a leadership position within a dynamic and multicultural environment.

• Supervise and train warehouse staff including equipment operators, product handlers, drivers, and clerks
• Lead daily operations such as staging, loading, unloading, stocking, and receiving
• Coordinate loading and dispatching of delivery routes
• Ensure accurate order assembly and timely shipping
• Manage inventory control and replenishment
• Communicate with freight companies and coordinate delivery schedules
• Assist in developing and implementing warehouse procedures
• Fill in for Logistics Manager or Assistant Logistics Manager when required
• Promote safety and efficiency among team members

Your Profile

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience, with supervisory exposure preferred
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory systems
• Familiarity with safety procedures and compliance (e.g., WHS, HACCP)
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and external partners
• Language skills in Chinese, Korean, or Japanese are a plus
• Must hold a relevant visa with full work rights
• Police Check may be required
