The Opportunity
We’re seeking experienced Test Leads who can guide a small Agile testing team while remaining hands-on. You’ll write and execute test cases, set test strategy and plans, and provide clear test reporting to support high-quality releases.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop system-of-systems design artefacts aligned with NATO Architecture Framework (NAF)
• Maintain and expand the digital design modelling library and standards repository
• Work with stakeholders to define modelling and standards strategies
• Deliver reports and documentation to support integration, validation, and training efforts
• Represent the modelling function within wider capability development forums
• Train and mentor internal Defence teams in digital modelling approaches

Skills and Experience

• 5+ years dedicated testing experience, including 3+ years in a test leadership role.
• Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Test Manager, Jira and Azure DevOps.
• Strong backend API/interface testing (REST, JSON, XML).
• Experience with standalone .NET applications and websites.
• Strong SQL querying for data setup/validation and defect analysis.
• Proven Agile delivery experience within cross-functional teams.

Security Clearance

You must be an Australian Citizen and hold a minimum Baseline clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain NV1.
