About the Role

Experis is has been engaged by a Federal Government agency to source a Senior Test Analyst for a significant Program. You'll be part of a collaborative testing team, working across multiple projects including Dynamics 365, SOE upgrades, and data management initiatives.

Core Testing & Technical Skills

• Test planning and strategy development
• Agile test design and execution
• Functional and integration testing
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Portal & CRM) testing
• Standard Operating Environment (SOE) testing
• SQL Server Management and data validation
• Azure portal usage (VM control, Blob storage interrogation)
• Defect tracking and management (JIRA, Azure DevOps)
• Test script design and documentation

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

• Working with Business Analysts during sprint cycles
• Stakeholder engagement and communication
• Confirming business processes and requirements
• Coordinating internal and external vendors

Tools & Technologies

• Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Azure DevOps
• JIRA
• SQL
• Azure (VMs, Blob storage)

Methodologies & Environments

• Agile delivery
• Government or enterprise-scale environments
• Manual and automated testing
• Regression and system testing

Soft Skills

• Strong documentation and reporting
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Team collaboration and cross-functional engagement
• Oversee test script design and capture for departmental systems

Must have experience in testing external-facing portals and internal CRMs using Dynamics 365 and have Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to design test plans aligned with business processes.

Desirable Skills

• Experience in government or large enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with SQL, Azure DevOps, and Agile delivery.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
