The opportunity
Lead test management for a large, complex federal transformation program. You’ll set the test strategy, stand up frameworks and tooling (including automation), and coordinate end-to-end test cycles across multiple releases.

What you’ll do

Turn business objectives and functional requirements into test strategies and acceptance criteria.

Define and implement test management frameworks, tooling, and automation.

Produce and review release test plans (including vendor plans).

Manage functional, integration and regression testing across release cycles.

Plan and lead UAT for multiple releases.

Track, report and drive resolution of defects; assist with triage.

Deliver clear test reports and communicate status/risks.

Foster a positive, collaborative quality culture.

What you’ll bring (Essential)

10+ years in software testing and 5+ years in test leadership.

Test leadership on large, complex government transformations.

Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management.

Experience creating program-level test strategies with tech delivery and change teams.

Proficiency with Microsoft Test Manager, Jira, Azure DevOps.

Strong Backend API testing (REST, JSON, XML).

Strong experience with .NET applications and websites.

Proven experience working in Agile teams.

Nice to have (Desirable)

Degree in IT/CS or related discipline.

Hands-on test automation skills.

Strong experience with ServiceNow applications.
