About the Role

We are looking for Chef de Partie's across multiple restaurants, pubs, clubs & groups across the north shore and northern beaches who thrive in a collaborative, Medium to high-output kitchens. You'll be working with professional crews in venues that operate 7 days a week, delivering consistently great food in fast-paced, waterfront settings. If you love casual dining done well and can stay cool under pressure - this is for you.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Senior Commis
• Confidence running your section during busy services
• Willingness to jump in and support across the kitchen as needed
• Comfortable in a high-volume kitchen - speed, cleanliness, and consistency are essential
• Passionate about quality produce and casual food with flavour
• Strong communicator with a calm, team-focused approach
• Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
• Full Australian working rights - Sponsorship available only for highly experienced candidates
