The Role

As a Chef de Partie, you will deliver high-quality dishes that reflect the heart and soul of Mediterranean cuisine. You’ll take ownership of your section, contribute to menu execution, and help maintain the highest culinary standards.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook dishes in your section to the highest quality and consistency.

Ensure presentation, taste, and portion standards are consistently met.

Assist in menu development, adding creativity and flair to Mediterranean dishes.

Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workstation, following health and safety standards.

Support the Head Chef and senior team in daily kitchen operations and service.

Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative kitchen environment.

About You

Experience as a Chef de Partie or similar in Mediterranean, Greek, or high-volume kitchens.

Strong technical skills across cooking methods including grilling, roasting, and pastry.

Passion for Mediterranean flavours and using fresh, quality ingredients.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Team player with excellent communication skills and willingness to learn.

Relevant culinary qualifications (Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent) highly regarded.
