We are currently seeking experienced and passionate chefs to join our vibrant team at ONICE, located in the heart of Mosman. We have exciting opportunities available for the following positions:

Head Chef

Chef de Partie

What We're Looking For:
To be successful in your application, you should have:

Minimum 2-3 years proven experience as Head Chef/ Senior Sous Chef or 1-2 years as Chef de Partie in an a la carte environment

Wok and grill experience (highly advantageous)

Knowledge and passion for Asian cuisine (highly regarded)

A strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude

Current food safety certification and knowledge of HACCP principles

Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent culinary qualification

Full working rights in Australia (Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work visa)

Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
