The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Receptionist to join our thriving clinic on a casual basis (part-time opportunity also available!). You’ll be working alongside a supportive team, enjoying variety in your day-to-day tasks and fostering strong ties with our Sydney community members as the friendly face of our clinic.

While your primary location of work will be at Campbelltown, this role may require you to provide occasional coverage across our other clinics based in Liverpool and Mt Pritchard from time to time.

As the first point of contact for our clients, you will:

Greet clients warmly and manage front desk operations.

Schedule appointments and handle phone and email enquiries.

Process payments and manage health fund claims.

Maintain accurate client records and ensure confidentiality.

Collaborate with our physiotherapists and exercise physiologists to ensure seamless clinic operations.

About You

We are seeking someone who:

Has minimum 1-2 years' experience in a healthcare or reception role (advantageous).

Flexible availability and willing to cover leave across our 2 other clinics based in Liverpool and Mt Pritchard.

Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Is organised, reliable, and able to multitask effectively.

Demonstrates a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Is proficient with computer systems and comfortable learning new software.
