Our client, a large, Federal Government Organisation responsible for employment, are seeking a Senior Business Analyst.

About the role - Senior Business Analyst

Responsible for performing business analysis including benefits, risk, feasibility and options analysis, requirements definition and analysis, problem solving, business acceptance activities, and business process improvement activities.

Duties - Senior Business Analyst

• Accountable for analysing stakeholder objectives and the underlying issues arising from investigations into business needs problems and opportunities
• Develop plans and select appropriate techniques at the correct level of detail to meet assigned objectives
• Provide advice and guidance to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Skills / Experience - Senior Business Analyst

• Experience working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities
• A strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 CRM is critical as the role is 100% CRM delivery based
• Broad familiarity with policy and legislative compliance and other quality assurance requirements applicable to policy and governance communication services in a federal government context
