ABOUT THE ROLE

Due to an internal promotion, we have a great opportunity for a Finance/AP Officer to join our growing team based in Brisbane CBD. Working closely with the Company Accountant, the key responsibilities will include:

Processing of accounts payable, procurement and reconciliation of supplier accounts

Monitoring bank accounts, corporate credit cards and cash flow management

Maintenance of financial records

Preparation of reports for BAS

Assist in month end tasks and reconciliation of accounts

Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the finance department

Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Demonstrable experience in a similar role

Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Excel

Attention to detail and accuracy

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to take initiative and juggle multiple priorities

Experienced with Xero
